The Signing Details Section is not Updating 'Sing Status' or 'Signed DTTM' Fields in Document Version History Section (Doc ID 2952725.1)

Symptoms

When create a new procurement contract, in the Document Version History section, the signing details section is not updating 'Sing Status' or 'Signed DTTM' Fields.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Create a Procurement Contract Record selecting 'Add a New Value', under General Contract
 Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Contract Entry
Enter Supplier ID, select Allow Open Item Reference = Y.
2. Save the Procurement Contract and then Select the Add a Document button
On the Create Document Page, enter required fields and select Import Document
Document Type = Other Document Types (missing in PS Demo; select PURCHASES_STD)
Press button 'Import Option' with option 'Current Contract/Document' and fields: Version: 1.00, Status: Draft, Status Date: today’s date, test.pdf file and select Done with Import.
Press Yes to message
< Are you sure you are done with import? (10420,576)
If you choose Yes, system will save the imported files.  You may no longer change them.  If you choose No, you may go back to reload a previously  imported file.>
3. On the Document Management page, select to Bypass Approvals. Then select Prepare and Route for e-Signature and press yes to message
< Administrator should first certify and sign contract document (10421,289)
The document is ready for signature(s) and it will be launched so that you can review and sign the DOCX signature file as the administrator.
Please sign the document that was launched, save the document and upload it back into the system.   The document will remain checked out in your name until you upload the prepared document. >
4.    Document Version History
In Document Version History, the Signing Details is not visible.
