eProcurement Change Request Fluid Page Does not Show Change Reason Code and Comments. (Doc ID 2952899.1)

Symptoms

When change request is created for an ePro requisition with change reason code and comment, the Change Reason code or comment does not show up on the Fluid Change Request Detail page.

Steps:
1. Ensure Change Track Option is enabled and set to S (Sourced requisitions).
     Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > Purchasing > Purchasing Definition
2. Create an ePro requisition.
     eProcurement > Create Requisitions tile
3. Source the requisition to PO
     Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Stage/Source Requests > PO Auto Sourcing
4. Create a change request for the above requisition. Enter the Change reason code and comment
    eProcurement > My Requisitions Tile
5. Go to Change Request tile and open the requisition change Reason  to see that no data is shown there.
    eProcurement Homepage Tile> Change Requests Tile
