On The APT Request The Value Of "Next Planning Node" Is Not Visible In The LOV After Creating New Translate Values (Doc ID 2952978.1)

Symptoms


On the Program enrollment >APT Request  page the value of "next planning node" is not visible in the LOV and can not be selected.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main menu > Records and Enrollment > Program enrollment >APT Request
2. Note value is in the field
3. Create new translate value (Peopletools-> Utilities ->Administration -Translate value) For SSR_APT_ACT_MODE
4. Go back and use the same run control on Records and Enrollment > Program enrollment >APT Request
5. Note only the new translate value shows.
