Symptoms
When adding or updating a personal statement in the company directory, after saving the changes, the format of the text displays html tags.
Steps to reproduce the issue :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service / Manager Self Service > Company Directory tile > Click on View My Profile link > Enter text in personal statement
