When Querying An Existing Academic Advisement Report An Error Is Returned: "A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details" (Doc ID 2953159.1)

Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9.2.028 with PeopleTools version8.6.when querying an existing Academic Advisement Report errors are returned in pop up windows.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report
  2. Enter Search Criteria values
  3. Search
  4. The error is returned to the user in popup windows



Changes

The PeopleTools release was upgraded from 8.59 to 8.60.  Additionally Campus Solutions PRP Patch 35371792: PT8.60 UPTAKE: ADVISOR / STUDENT CENTER - RETURN TO SEARCH TAB ISSUE IN PT 8.60 was applied
