When trying to process Auto Enrollment for multiple rehires at once, only the first entry gets processed by the component interface.

Step to recreate the issue

1. Rehire 6 part-time employees who had been terminated in December 2022, with 4/3/2023 rehire dates.
2. Verify rehire entries appear in the Auto Enrollment Staging table TL_AENRL_JB_STG with "NPR" process flags.
3. Verify rehire entries do not appear in the Time & Labor Employee Data table TL_EMPL_DATA
4. Run process "Process Auto Enrollments" (Process name: TL_AUTO_ENRL) for All Employees (Installation Auto Enrollment Options: Real Time Processing unchecked, Preview Mode unchecked, Retro Limit = 2 months, Exclusion List blank, Max Employees in a Batch blank, Days After Termination = 0)
5. Result of rehire entries in the Auto Enrollment Staging table TL_AENRL_JB_STG: process flag TL_AENRL_PRCS_FLG set to "CMP" for all 6 entries.
6. Result of rehire entries in the Time & Labor Employee Data table TL_EMPL_DATA: only 1 of the 6 re-hired employees has a 4/3/2023 entry.
