ETL9.2: When running Auto Enrollment for multiple rehires, only first entry get processed. (Doc ID 2953356.1)

Symptoms

When trying to process Auto Enrollment for multiple rehires at once, only the first entry gets processed by the component interface.

Step to recreate the issue
-----------------------

1. Rehire 6 part-time employees who had been terminated in December 2022, with 4/3/2023 rehire dates.
2. Verify rehire entries appear in the Auto Enrollment Staging table TL_AENRL_JB_STG with "NPR" process flags.
3. Verify rehire entries do not appear in the Time & Labor Employee Data table TL_EMPL_DATA
4. Run process "Process Auto Enrollments" (Process name: TL_AUTO_ENRL) for All Employees (Installation Auto Enrollment Options: Real Time Processing unchecked, Preview Mode unchecked, Retro Limit = 2 months, Exclusion List blank, Max Employees in a Batch blank, Days After Termination = 0)
5. Result of rehire entries in the Auto Enrollment Staging table TL_AENRL_JB_STG: process flag TL_AENRL_PRCS_FLG set to "CMP" for all 6 entries.
6. Result of rehire entries in the Time & Labor Employee Data table TL_EMPL_DATA: only 1 of the 6 re-hired employees has a 4/3/2023 entry.
