Course Component Is Blank When Class Fee is Created from Setup SaCr > Product Related > Student Financials > Course and Class Fees > Class Fees Modal
The course component  SSR_COMOPONENT  will save to the CLASS_FEE_TBL  if you create the class fee from
Setup SACR > Product Related > Student Financials > Course and Class Fees > Class Fees (non modal) and it will save if you use the "Add Fee" link to Access the Modal page from the Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes >Maintain Schedule of Classes page.
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Open  Setup SaCr > Product Related > Student Financials > Course and Class Fees > Class Fees Modal and select a course that has multiple components for which you have already created a class fee in another term.

(note: there is no ability to add a class fees on the Class Fee Modal page when accessed from the Student Financial menu unless a class fee has been created for that class via the Add Fee link on the Maintain Schedule of Classes page in the past).

2. Add a row for the new term and note that the component field is gray, preventing you from selecting a component.

3. Save your class fee and query the CLASS_FEE_TBL to see the fee has been saved with a blank component.
