Symptoms

The abbreviation code on UCAS Decision Making screen are not translated to description.

When processing UCAS conditional offers on Campus Solutions, the abbreviation codes are not translated and it is showing only first letter on Offer letter Text.

For Example -The abbreviation code 'P' in International Baccalaureate offers does not translate to the word 'Points' when converted to letter text - it remains as P

When the grade/mark codes of Q or R are entered on decision screen , they should expand to read 'Q' = Merit and 'R' = Distinction but correctly but is still reading as Q and R on Campus decision screen letter text where it should be like to read Distinction/Merit.
