Issue With RIO Snapshot For Offered Programs On Attribute LOV - SSR_RI_AT_VAL_NLD Is Incorrect (Doc ID 2955151.1)

Symptoms

SSR_RI_AT_NLD contains the value as it being used in Campus Solutions.
SSR_BR_XMLVL_NLD contains the value as it is being sent to DUO.

This is fine and as designed.  However, when trying to get a snapshot from the RIO data the values are incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Record and Enrollment -> RIO NLD-> RIO Processing
2. Fill run control ID
3. Run the SSR_RI_RUN process (There is an error in RIO at the DUO side (which will be fixed very soon) and not an issue of CS)
4. When looking at the snapshot table after importing the above message you see that the value GEEN_TOESTEMMING_VERLEEND is being stored in the SSR_RI_AT_TVAL_NLD field,
which makes sense as DUO is sending it (incorrectly)

If you look at the DLR_VMBO_MBO value, it is being entered by the CS snapshot process directly back into the SSR_RI_AT_VAL_NLD field.
This should have been translated back according to the translation set up in the RIO settings.

Now the value GEEN_TOESTEMMING_VERLEEND (25 characters) will incorrectly be entered in the SSR_RI_AT_VAL_NLD field (which is only 20 characters long).
