In a Life Event, After Uploaded Required Documents Are Approved, the Qualified Dependent Flag Is Not Set (Doc ID 2955425.1)

Symptoms

A Life Event requires upload and approval of one of several documents. After required documents are uploaded and approved, the Qualified Dependent flag is still not set.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. In a Life Event, employee uploads required document (Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Life Events tile, Document Upload step).
     2. Administrator approves the documents (Navigation: Manager Self Service homepage > Approvals tile).
     3. On the Dependent/Beneficiary Info page in Life Event, the employee sees that the dependent is not marked as qualified (Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Life Events tile, Dependent/Beneficiary Info step).
