Goal

We have employees is state of WA with LTC status as Not applicable. We inserted a effective dated row on Employee Tax Data and changed the status to Subject in middle of a pay period.

After running the payroll calculation, we noticed the taxes came out for the full pay period and it is not getting prorated.

Should the system prorate the LTC if the change was made part way through the pay period?
