Symptoms

When a 'Degree Honors' has a description larger than 24 characters and attempting to run the Enrollment Verification report for a student who has earned the same Degree Honor a COBOL error happens:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Student Standing and Awards > Degree Honors Table.
2. Search for Honor Code.
3. Correct History to modify the description to a value greater than 24 characters.
4. Save.
5. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Verifications > Enrollment Verification.
6. Search a student which earned the Degree Honor modified in #2.
7. Run the process.
8. COBOL error retrieved.
