EODL_BATCH Process Failure Due To Comments More Than 4000 Character In HR_MSS_CT_STA Record. (Doc ID 2955856.1)

Symptoms

While running the Maintain Delegated Authority (EODL_BATCH) Application Engine process, the following error occurs.


"ORA-22835: Buffer too small for CLOB to CHAR or BLOB to RAW conversion (actual: 6581, Maximum: 4000)"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps

1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Delegation > Maintain Delegated Authorities

2. Click the Process Request button to run the Maintain Delegated Authority (EODL_BATCH) Application Engine process
