Symptoms

When attempting to save a Job Data Row while changing something on the Contract Information with the Service Operation PERSON_CONTRACT_SYNC not active,
the following error occurs:

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Integration Setup > Service Operation Definitions
Inactivate Service Operation PERSON_CONTRACT_SYNC
2. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data, add a new Row , navigate to Job Information Tab and click on Next contract number, the above Error occurs.
When the service operation is inactive there is no way the newly provided contract can be saved into the update contracts component and hence the error.
