The Button "Milestone Copy" Doesn't Copy All Levels of a Milestone to the New Milestone (Doc ID 2956518.1)

When using the button "Milestone Copy" either in the page Process Milestone or Student Milestones, the process isn't picking up the levels.

If there are two levels for the same milestone and both are present in the template, the process will only pick up one milestone/level, not both.

It is expected to get both milestone/level, like in the template.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create the Milestone Table with two levels (Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Enrollment > Milestone Table)
2. Associate the milestone/milestone level with a template (Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Enrollment > Milestone Templates)
3. Give access to the new milestone for the student record (Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Milestones security)
4. Matriculate a student in this program/plan (Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan)
5. Go to the page Process Milestones and Copy Milestone for this student (Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Process Milestones) For “Duplicate Milestone Options”, choose Milestone/Level
