ETL 9.2: Adjusted Hours are calculated in Off Cycle and not in On cycle Load for Terminated employees (Doc ID 2956626.1)

Symptoms


Additional hours added to employee's Timesheet for the previous pay period is not processed in the ON CYCLE Load, instead it was processed in the OFF CYCLE load. Employee is inactive during the Pay Period.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Login as Employee and add Time in the timesheet for the employee. Navigate to Employee Self Service >> Time >> Enter Time
2. Run Request Time Admin. Navigate to 
Main Menu >> Time and Labor >> Process Time >> Request Time Administration
3. Terminate the employee with effective date in the next month. Navigate to 
Main Menu >> Workforce Administration >> Job Information >> Job Data
4. Run the Load Time and Labor for Next Month On cycle. Navigate to 
Main Menu >> Payroll for North America >> Payroll Processing USA >> Create and Load Paysheets >> Load Time and Labor
5. Check the Payline of the employee. No Payline will be generated for On Cycle. Navigate to 
Main Menu >> Payroll for North America >> Payroll Processing USA >> Update Paysheets >> By Payline
6. Calculate and Confirm the Payroll. Navigate to 
Main Menu >> Payroll for North America >> Payroll Processing USA >> Produce Payroll >> Calculate Payroll
7. Run the Load Time and Labor for Next Month Off cycle.
8. Check the Payline of the employee. Payline will be generated for Off Cycle Payroll.
