Symptoms

Retrospective action in Job causes incorrect calendar order for Group Lists and Recalculate when current and retro period only has PAY calendar

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an calendar group: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Define Calendars > Calendar Groups, results for the employee has Absence calendar only.

2. The K0 2020M02 Calendar had not been identified yet. So run Identify/Calculate, at this stage this employee does not have the M02 calendar.

3. Enter a Positive Input: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Assign Earnings and Deductions > One Time (Positive Input) for this employee for the M02 calendar (Feb 2020).

4. Run Re-Calculate:Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing >Calculate absence and payroll>check the calculate and recalculate check boxes for the calendar.

5. Now this employee has a result but only for the PAY calendar.

6. Finalize:Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing >Calculate absence and payroll>check the Finalize check box, this calendar, then identify the next calendar K0 2020M03 So at this stage this employee does not have a M03 calendar group as they are LOA.

7. Add a Retro RFL for Employee 1234 ,So now follow the following steps to process a Retro calendar Return from leave (RFL) and process with a group list calculation.

8. Job Data: Workforce Administration > Job Information >Job Data,Insert the RFL action in mid February 2020,So processed 15 Feb 2020 Return from Leave.

9. Now include this employee in a group list:  Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Groups > Group Lists > Group Lists .

10. Run the Group List recalculation for this group list on:Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing >Calculate absence and payroll. Select the Calculate & Recalculate and enter the grouplist name created above.

11. Enter an absence event:Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Absence Event > Absence Event Entry, in Feb 2020 OR enter retro trigger manually. Can see the retro trigger created.

12. Now run the group list calculation again.

13. When review the results: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Review Absence/Payroll Info > Results by Calendar Group ,can see that the PAY calendar for M02 reverses.
However when it does the revised calculation the PAY calendar is Before the ABS calendar for M02.

14.In absence calendar can see that the absence event is processed So as a result of this the M02 PAY calendar does not account for the Paid
Time off So can see that the process order timestamp in GP_PYE_PRC_STAT indicates that the PAY calendar is before the Absence calendar.
