GPCH: On Company Social Insurance CHE Page When Adding a New Row it Populate Default Data Instead of Copying Values from Previous Row (Doc ID 2956721.1)

Last updated on JUNE 21, 2023

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Switzerland - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When accessing the Company Social Insurance CHE page, under the Rates tab, the data is not pre-fill from the previous row. Instead, it fills AHV and ALV Status with default data.

If the default data is not required, these two fields should be re-change when preparing a new effective-data-situation. The two fields should be copied from the previous row.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Navigate to Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Social Security / Insurance > Company Social Insurance CHE and perform the actions below:

     - Correct History Mode – open the page for company KW1 (Effective Date 01.01.2021)
     - Change *AHV Status to « 2 Employer »
     - Change *ALV Status to « 2 Employer »
     - SAVE
     - Add a new row (+)

2. Notice that the new values are not copied but default values are populated and can cause wrong data entry. The two fields should be populated from the last row.
