PE: APT Admin Roster Does Not Display Enrolment Category For The Updated Curriculum Structures (Doc ID 2956775.1)

The APT Admin Roster does not display Enrolment Category for the updated curriculum structures


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Curriculum Management->Academic Item Registry ->Activity Item Registry and add a new effdt row as of 01st of August 2023 to the Courselist
2. Add an extra course with New Enrolment Category2.
3. Save and then Remove line number 3
4. Navigate to Curriculum Management ->Academic Item Registry -> Program Template and check structure for the course
5. Navigate to (Records and Enrollment ->PE ->APT Admin Roster
6. Select term with Term begin date is 01st of August 2023
7. Click Parent Item Id lookup
8. Note that the enrollment category is not displayed
