Cannot Scroll Down Item Catalog When List is Greater Than Retrieve Search Setup

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain Overall System Options > eProcurement Installation Options. Set Max Rows to Retrieve for Search to 50
2. Go to Create Requisition tile
3. Expand ‘All Purchase Items’
4. Click on All purchase items
5. It is showing Items 1 through 50 of 745. But there is no way to see item 51 on the list because it is not scrolling down
6. Click on the left ‘Climbing Equipment’ which has 54 items. It is listing the first 50, but it is not possible to see the last 4 items.
