ABMGT: Absence Balance Details Missing As of Date

Symptoms
After applying PUM 45, the As Of Date no longer displays on the Absence Balance Details.
Steps to reproduce:
- Employee Self Service>Time tile>Absence Balance tile or Manager Self Service>Team Time tile>Absence Balance tile.
- Choose an Absence for which user wishes to see the balance.
In PUM 44, each row displayed an As Of Date:
After PUM 45, the As Of Date was removed:
This may not be an issue for those who process their Absence monthly; the display from PUM 45 represents an organization, which runs their process semi-monthly. Two rows are displayed for February with no As Of Date. The users are not sure which row represents which semi-monthly calendar.
Changes
This issue occurs after applying PUM 45. PUM 45 introduced a new component tile, "Manage Absences".
