On : 8.60 version, PIA Core Technology - Unable to access Vendor Punch-out sites after PT Upgrade from 8.06.05 to 8.06.06:

After upgrading People tools from 8.06.05 to 8.06.06 users are no longer able to access a vendor's Punch-out (Direct Connect) site. As soon as the website is selected the following error occurs:
 

Cannot establish HTTP connection (158,2842)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to 8.60.06.
2. Attempt punchout to Grainger.
3. Error occurs.

Changes

 Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.60.06
