In Manage Job Opening While Hiring An Applicant The Hiring Manager And Recruiter Are Receiving An "Offer Rejected" Notification. (Doc ID 2957344.1)

Hiring Manager and Recruiter receives an “Offer Rejected” notification for Already Hired Applicant already attained hired disposition.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Ensure system notification set up to get email for Hired Disposition and Offer Rejected disposition under recruitment area # 3 (Summary Area).
   Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Recruiting > Recruiting Status Area
2. Ensure system notification set up to get email for Offer Rejected disposition under recruitment area # 6 (Offer Area).
   Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Recruiting > Recruiting Status Area
3. Ensure the Email ID is set up for these Hiring Manager and Recruiter to get TAM notifications in USER PROFILE.
   Navigate to People Tools > Security > User Profiles > User Profiles
4. Go to Search job opening and search for a job opening where above employees are recruiter and hiring manager.
   Navigate to Recruiting > Search Job Opening
5. Click on a job opening with applicants. In this case, First job opening.
6. Click on Details tab, Hiring Team link and verify who is hiring manager and recruiter.
7. Go to Job Details tab and ensure that job opening has 2 target and available opening.
8. Go to applicant tab and pick any 2 applicants and Offer them.
9. Submit the offer for approval and then Approve the offer OR terminate the offer approval so that applicant will get Offer status.
10. Similarly, select second applicant and offer the applicant and extend the offer so that applicant will have Offer disposition.
11. For first applicant, Select Applicant and manually change the disposition to Offer Accepted.
12. In the same way with Edit disposition, we are changing this applicant’s disposition to “Hired”
13. Click Save and ensure applicant’s disposition is Hired now.
14. Soon after the disposition is changed to Hired, Recruiter and Hiring Manager both receives an email that applicant status changed to Hired.
15. Similarly, now proceed with Offer Accepted and Hired for another Offered applicant.
16. Change the disposition manually to Hired.
17. Click Save. Notice that both the applicants got Hired status and job opening is Filled/Closed.
18. Soon the Hired status is there, Hiring Manager and Recruiter both receives an email that applicant is hired.
19. However, Recruiter and Hiring Manager also receives an email of “Offer Rejected” for first Hired Applicant Too.
