Symptoms

 Running a Query that has prompts on an environment setup that has two web servers and two application servers with Jolt Pooling enabled. In query manager, after adding xlst (transformation tab), when we try to see the preview (preview button) we get the following error :

The file was not opened correctly for the given method.

If we disable Jolt Pooling, the issue gets resolved.

How can we keep Jolt Pooling enabled and not face the above intermittent issue?
