Sourcing Event AUC_PDF Process Creates Files In Temp Folder and These Files are Not Deleted After the Process Runs to Success (Doc ID 2957400.1)

Symptoms

Sourcing event pdf files getting created in temp folder and not getting deleted after AUC_PDF process runs to success.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Purchasing > Purchase Order > Stage/Source Requests > Sourcing Workbench and select an event that is posted and click on create new version of the event.
  2. Make any changes to the event like adding some info to the description. Save Event and Post it.
  3. Check the process monitor and the job ran to success.
  4. This process creates multiple files in temp folder.
  5. Notice that Orphans files that cannot be accessed from online page are created in temp folder are not getting cleanup or deleted.
