Symptoms
A Key Word 1 value can be added to an item type. Attempting to add a Key Word 2 to the item type results in the following error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Set Up SACR, Product Related, Student Financials, Item Types, Item Types;
- Select an item type;
- Enter a Key Word 1 value successfully;
- Enter a Key Word 2;
- The error is displayed on the page.
