Symptoms
Billing Invoice Prints both Header and Footer at the Bottom of report BI_PRNXPN01 when run proforma.
Replication Steps:

1: Enter the bill (Billing- Maintain bills - Standard bill) with two notes in the bill header one note type is a header and the other note type is a footer with some text.
2: Save the bill.
3: Goto Billing work center tile - Invoices not finalized.
4. Select bill and under action choose view proforma/image.
5. The report will pop up with both notes at the left bottom.
The header note is expected at the header of the bill print and the footer note is at the bottom of the bill.
