GPUK: The Post-Graduate Loans YTD are Not Displayed on RTI FPS report For Late Leavers. (Doc ID 2957972.1)

Symptoms

For an employee that has a late termination of employment for a previous month (month 2) and has to have his salary re-calculated (month 3) it is noted that it is no longer calculated.
It was also noted that RTI FPS process is run, a Late Leaver report is produced, but the Post-Graduate Loans YTD are no longer displayed.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Management >Absence and payroll processing >Calculate Absence and payroll — and process the payroll for the Month 3 Payroll for all employees.

2. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Report and RTI Preparation GBR > Report and RTI Preparation GBR and run the RTI Preparation process.

3. Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt > Taxes > Process RTI GBR > Process RTI GBR  and run the RTI FPS process. 
Notice that the RTI FPS report is produced for all employees.

4. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data and add a new Termination row with  late leave for an employee for Month 2.

5. Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Management >Absence and payroll processing >Calculate Absence and payroll — and Payroll is re-calculated for Month 3.
Notice that the late leaver employee is no longer calculated.

6. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Report and RTI Preparation GBR > Report and RTI Preparation GBR and run the RTI Preparation process.

7. Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt > Taxes > Process RTI GBR > Process RTI GBR  and run the RTI FPS process.  
Notice that the RTI FPS report is produced for all employees but Late Leaver is no longer on FPS.

8. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Taxes > RTI Adjustment Details GBR > Tax/Absence Adjustments and enter the RTI Adjustment to report the employee as a Late Leaver

9. Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt > Taxes > Process RTI GBR > Process RTI GBR  and re-run the RTI FPS process. 
Notice that the Late Leaver is produced, but the Post-Graduate Loans YTD are no longer shown.
