After a PeopleTools upgrade, approval email notifications coming out of the test system still show the old server address. Because of this, fluid approval email links are not working, and approvers have to log in and manually check their worklist or pending approvals, causing huge delays.

Sample replication

1. Create and submit any workflow transaction for approval.
2. Approver receives email notifications of the Pending transaction.
3. Approver clicks the URL link shown in the email notification.
4. Email link is invalid and clicking it either tries to take the user to the old system or causes a '404 Not Found' error.
