DELETEROLE App Engine Process Inserts False Error Into PS_ERR_LOG_USRPRF (Doc ID 2958358.1)

Symptoms

The USERPROFILE - DELETEROLE App Engine process is inserting false error messages into the PS_ERR_LOG_USRPRF table. The process completes successfully and the false message is seen in the trace file.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > Process > User Profiles Management
  2. On the Run Control page enter the Role Name to be deleted and select the "Delete Role in User Profiles" option
  3. Run The Process
