Symptoms

When the user attempts to navigate to the TCSI Apps/Offers/Preferences page, the following error occurred.



 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Main Menu > Records and Enrolment > Enrolment Reporting > AUS Regulatory Reporting > TCSI > Transaction Maintenance > TCSI Apps/Offers/Preferences
  2. Enter Search Criteria
  3. Click Search
