Goal

Is there a mechanism to default a different accounting distribution for a Payable Lease, on the Base Rent?
Users are able to define different accounting defaults for Miscellaneous Rent. Is there a similar capability for Base Rent?

If not, is there an option to specify the Transaction Routing Code on the Lease, rather than manually update the Accounting Distribution on the lease?
