E-AWE: Unnecessary Message Banners such as "You have approved the request" are Displayed on the Top of Fluid Approval Details Pages

Symptoms
Sample environment:
PeopleTools 8.60.04.
FSCM 9.2 PI 46.
Unnecessary message banners such as "You have approved the request" or "Loaded 10 transactions successfully. 10 rows append into displaying grid based on selected category and filter" are displayed on top of fluid approval detail pages.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into PIA.
2. Click Approval tile in Manager self Service homepage.
3. Click an approval request to approve.
4. Click Back button to return to Approval tile.
5. Pickup another approval to approve.
6. Observe the message banner "You have approved the request" displaying on the top of the page.
