Last updated on JULY 13, 2023

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When running UCAS Transaction Processing, SAD_UC_TRAN, the 'Export Transactions to UCAS' step results in no records processed. The process runs to Success, but the log file indicates the following message:

This result occurs after having successfully imported data using the UCAS XML Link and applying the decisions to the applicants.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student Admissions > UCAS Processing > Transaction Processing > Transaction Processing.
  2. Select the 'Generate Transactions' and 'Export Transactions to UCAS' boxes and run the process.
  3. In Process Monitor, note the instance finishes in Success status.
  4. Review log file (located in the file list under Details > View/Log Trace) for the message details.

Changes

The issue is seen after applying the XML processing for transactions first added in CS 9.2 Image 27.
