Class Label Setup Not Working As Expected In SFF For Canadian French User (CFR) (Doc ID 2959574.1)

Symptoms

Once you  have defined Class labels for Fluid Class Search and  log in as a CFR user, the class label appears in English when on a SFF device.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define the Class Labels (Set Up SACR -> Product Related -> Student Records -> Fluid Self Service Setup -> Class Search Setup -> Class Label Setup)
2. Run Indexes (Curriculum Management -> Self Service -> Fluid Class Search Set up)
3. Log in as student and CFR user.
4. Navigate to Fluid Class Search, query course and review course information. (Fluid Self Service -> Manage Classes -> Class Search and Enroll)
5. Note the Class label is in English not CFR
