Symptoms
The Component Registration wizard page exceeds the window size.
When trying to register a component, the Create Content Reference page is too large to fit within the dialog box, resulting in the buttons being forced off the page with no way to scroll.
Steps to Replicate
------------------
1. Log in to Application Designer.
2. Open any Component and use the Registration Wizard to register the component.
3. After selecting the Menu and Bar name, the Create Content Reference page comes up which is too large to fit within the dialog box.
