Employees Receive Error When Applying For Job Through Candidate Gateway "Data being added conflicts with existing data." (Doc ID 2960079.1)

Employees - Internal Applicants receive errors when applying for jobs through Candidate Gateway, after configuration and data for Non Person Profile has been migrated with DMS from another database.

All internal employees receive the below error. A trace shows that the application is attempting to insert one of the employee's Person profiles twice into the table PS_HRS_APPITM01_VW

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Employee logs into self-Service>Recruiting> Careers
2. Click on “View All Jobs”
3. Select Job to apply to
4. Click “Apply for Job” button
5. On Step 1, which is the View Terms and Conditions page, the applicant must click the box next to “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” and Then click on the “Next Button”
6. Error is shown on screen “Data being added conflicts with existing Data”

Changes

DMS exports and imports to migrate configuration and data for Non Person Profile.
