AR9.2.Invalid URL Error "Invalid URL - unknown Content Type or no Content Type found in URL" In "Customer Information" And "Customer Contact" Tiles (Doc ID 2960502.1)

Symptoms


After enabling "Customer Information" and "Customer Contact" tiles to be displayed in "Credit to Cash Operations" Homepage,when the user goes to "Credit to Cash Operations" Homepage, the newly added tiles are displaying the message :



"Invalid URL - unknown Content Type or no Content Type found in URL. "




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1) Peopletools > Portal > Structure and content.Click Fluid Structure content
2) Click Fluid Homepages
3)Click Edit for Credit to Cash Operations
4)Click Tile content
5)Go to Comprehensive Customer View Page and select the checkboxes against “Customer Contact” and “Customer Information” and also select “Opt-Dflt” from the drop down.
6)Save the page.Click Home button and Go to Homepage.
7)From the Homepages dropdown select Credit to Cash Operations Homepage
8)You will see the error message for the tiles.
"Invalid URL - unknown Content Type or no Content Type found in URL
