Symptoms
The Load Merit Increases application engine process (HR_SP_MERIT) abends with the following error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Compensation > Base Compensation > Merit Increases > Assign/Approve Merit Increases.
- Select an open Merit increase activity and click the Approve All button and save.
- Navigate to Compensation > Base Compensation > Merit Increases > Load Merit Increases and run the process.
- Navigate to the Log file to see the error.
