HCM: Check Boxes on Self Service Disability Form Not Working as Expected. (Doc ID 2960646.1)

Symptoms

From Self Service Disability Form CC-305, it does not show selected option even though the page says saved and the tables has the saved value but when user navigate back to the page the checked option is blank.

Expected Behavior:

From Self Service Disability Form CC-305, show the elected option after page is saved first time and navigate to the page again the second time.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigation: Self Service > Personal Information > Disability
2. Select "Yes, I have a disability"
3. Click Submit & OK
4. Self Service Confirmation page receives a message "Are you sure you want to Save?"
5. Click OK on Submission Confirmation Page
6. Navigate to page again from Self Service > Personal Information > Disability
7. Data entered previously does not appear
