Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Manage Applicant
When updating an application and trying to save the changes, Hiring Managers/Recruiters are receiving an error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Recruiting > Search Job openings. Search for and drill into the job with the applicant to update
2. Click the Application icon for the applicant
3. Click Other Actions > Recruiting Actions > Edit Application Details
4. Change the Former Employee option from "Yes" to "No" (or some other change on the page) and click Save.
5. Error occurs
