The issue appeared after upgrading to Tools 8.58.23. When attempting to request a transcript via Fluid Self-Service the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fluid -> Academic Records -> Click Request Official Transcripts
2. Error Occurs

This issue involves a custom process.

Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.58.23.
