Symptoms
When an Employee accesses the Name tile from Personal Details tile using JAWS screen reader, JAWS announces 5 columns when there are only 4.
Steps to reproduce:
- Sign into the PeopleSoft system with Screen Reader mode enabled and JAWS screen reader activated.
- Employee Self Service>Personal Details>Name tile.
- JAWS announces columns 1 through 4 with their titles and then announces column 5.
- Likewise when reading the row details of these columns, after reading column 4 detail, it announces column 5.
This is confusing to the user, because they are expecting description or detail when in fact there is no such column.
