EPY: Quick Calculation Process Is Not Running a Payroll Calculation When the Push Button Is Pressed After Applying Patches

Symptoms
Clicking the Quick Calculation button does not appear to do anything, but in other environments this worked fine.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Ensure Quick Calculation patches are applied to the environment
2. Create Paysheets
- Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create and Load Paysheets > Create Paysheets
3. While in a Payline, make a change for the employee
- Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Update Paysheets > By Payline
- Make a change to the employee's Hours
- Save
3. Go to the Quick Calculation Tab and click the Pushbutton to Calculate
4. Nothing happens
