Last updated on JULY 21, 2023

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Brazil - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Calculating differences related to a collective agreement.

For some employees, the amounts and/or values in the retro delta calendars are negative, what cause inconsistencies when running S-1200 event:

Scenario 1:

Amount <qtdRubr> is negative, what is not allowed in S-1200 event:

Due this, the event is rejected by government with the following error:

"Evento incorreto - Schema invalido cvc-

minExclusive-valid. Value -1 is not facet-valid with respect to minExclusive 0.0 for type

TS_qtdRubr.. Revise o Schema do Evento."

Scenario 2:

Retro value for DF SAL RETRO earning = 425.98 (Payroll Calendar)
Retro Delta for 09/2022=2129.89
Retro Delta for 10/2022=-1703.91

In this scenario, the S-1200 event shows the <vrRubr> with 2129.89 instead of 425.98.
