No Recent Hires are appearing in the Company Directory Search but Employees available in the Org Chart (Doc ID 2961973.1)

Recent New Hires are not appearing in the Company Directory Search. But these Employees could be found in the Org chart. Issue is not happening with rehires.

Issue can be reproduced by following the below steps:

1) Newly Hire an Employee in the system with current effective date.

2) Run the Direct Reports Table Build process (Set Up HCM, Common Definitions, Direct Reports for managers, Direct Reports Table Build).

3) Build your trees using the Tree Builder component (Set Up HCM, Common Definitions, Org Chart Viewer, Tree Builder)

4) Build the HC_HR_COMPANY_DIRECTORY1 search index (PeopleTools, Search Framework, Administration, Deploy/Delete Object and PeopleTools, Search Framework, Administration, Schedule Search Index).
