Issue:

Using /var/microfocuslicensing/bin/cesadmintool, when attempting to install the license files (COBOL_Server_Runtime_for_PeopleSoft.xml and Visual_COBOL_Linux-UNIX_for_PeopleSoft.xml), the following error is received.
