HCM 9.2: When Completing the Resume Step as an External Applicant, the Error Occurs: "custom Javascript Error ObjStepHeaderContent Is Undefined". (Doc ID 2962009.1)

Symptoms

When trying to apply to a Job Opening as an External Candidate, on the the Resume step, the following error occurs by clicking on Next:


Steps to replicate the issue:

Prerequisite for Testing:

1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Text Catalog and Notepad > Maintain Text Catalog
    Setup 2 Text ID's that will be afterwards included in the Referral Steps from the Resume Template
2.Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Recruiting > Templates > Resume Template: remove the Prequalify section and the Preferences sections from the Resume Template and Leave the Prescreening Tab Blank
Setup the Referral Setup and include those 2 Text ID's created at Step 1

As an External Applicant:

1. Navigate to Careers > View All Jobs
2. Apply to a Job Opening by clicking "Apply for Job"
Complete Step 1 and click on Next
On Step 2  - Resume click on Next, the above Error is displayed
