Goal
As per tax update 23B, QC garnishment exemption amount value for GEN/DEP should be updated to 347.60 but 306 is being displayed online. On checking backend table, PS_GARN_EXEMPT_TBL, there are 3 rows for QC GEN/DEP with effective date 04/01/2023. One row with 0, 2nd row with 304 and 3rd row with 347.60 value. Why are there 3 rows and why does the 306 display online instead of the correct value of 347.60?
