EPY: Benefit Plan Prompt Not Showing Up Any Values For One-time Deduction Page on Payline (Doc ID 2962726.1)

Benefit Plan prompt on one-time deductions on payline is not showing the benefit plans for Dental.

We are trying to refund the dental benefit via using the entry on Payline but not sure why Benefit Plan Prompt is not showing up for One-time Deduction on Payline.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Transfer an employee from one company/benefit program to another company/benefit program - Workforce Administration>Job Information>Job Data
2. Ensure the employee has dental in the new benefit program - Benefits>Enroll into Benefits>Health Benefits
3. Insert a new effective dated row to indicate it is not terminated
4. Go to payline and try to do a refund of the dental benefit - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Update Paysheet>By Payline
5. Click on the One-Time Deductions tab and try to refund the dental benefit and it is not showing on the prompt.
